Job Description
As a Junior Analyst – Finance & Accounts at JLL, you will work as part of an 8–10 member Accounts Payable team, reporting to a Team Leader / Senior Analyst. The role focuses on processing supplier invoices, payment runs, supplier reconciliation, exception handling and ensuring 100% compliance with RICS and ISAE guidelines. You will collaborate closely with site managers, surveyors, suppliers and other finance functions, primarily for UK / global JLL accounts handled out of the India centre.

- Process various accounts payable transactions including supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and within agreed TAT.

- Ensure 100% compliance with RICS and ISAE guidelines — no exceptions allowed.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for multiple sites and vendors in a high-volume, exceptions-driven environment.
- Prioritise and action urgent payment requests promptly.
- Keep the Team Leader informed of potential issues, challenges and KPI misses.
- Maintain individual production logs as directed by the Team Leader.
