PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced AI QA Automation Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of automation testing experience with proven expertise in AI applications including RAG systems and AI Agents. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, develop automation frameworks, and validate AI model performance using industry-standard evaluation tools.

Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium
Evaluate AI model outputs using specialized AI evaluation frameworks and metrics
Conduct API testing and integration testing for AI-driven features
Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and document quality issues
