💼 Internship Details

• Role: Operations / Panel Management Intern
• Location: Pune – Xoriant Office, Balewadi
• Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiner or within 15 days

🎯 Role Overview

As an Operations / Panel Management Intern, you will support operational activities, manage panel/participant data, assist with reporting, and coordinate interview processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication.

🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies

🔹 Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
• Familiarity with CRM tools and survey platforms is a plus
• Ability to analyze participant/panel data and generate actionable insights

🔹 Functional & Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience or interest in panel management and interview coordination
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams

🎓 Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

Candidates must meet the following academic requirements:

• 70% or above in:
  • 10th Class
  • 12th Class
  • Graduation
  • Post Graduation (if applicable)
