🎯 Role Overview

As a Service Delivery Manager (EDI), you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, SLA management, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across healthcare EDI platforms. You will play a critical leadership role in ensuring high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of EDI services.

Candidates must have strong hands-on and leadership experience in:

• Service Delivery Management (SDM)
• SLA Management & Governance

• IBM Sterling

• Linux Systems
• L2 & L3 Production Support
• Healthcare domain exposure (preferred)

• Drive process improvements, automation, and service optimization
