🎯 Role Overview
As a Service Delivery Manager (EDI), you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, SLA management, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across healthcare EDI platforms. You will play a critical leadership role in ensuring high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of EDI services.
🔧 Required Skills & Expertise
Candidates must have strong hands-on and leadership experience in:
- Service Delivery Management (SDM)
- SLA Management & Governance
- EDI Platforms & Integrations
- IBM Sterling
- Azure Cloud
- Linux Systems
- L2 & L3 Production Support
- Healthcare domain exposure (preferred)

- Own end-to-end service delivery for EDI platforms
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Manage L2 and L3 support teams for production environments
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and client stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, automation, and service optimization
- Support compliance, audits, and healthcare industry standards
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
