Nice Software Solutions Hiring Power BI Developer/Lead | Pune/Nagpur

Nice Software Solutions is expanding its Data & Analytics team and is looking for experienced Power BI professionals who can drive business intelligence initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled developers and leads who are passionate about building scalable data solutions and transforming raw data into actionable insights.

If you have 6+ years of experience in Power BI development and are based in Pune or Nagpur, this role offers you the chance to work on cutting-edge analytics projects. The company is looking for immediate to 15-day joiners who can contribute from day one in a work-from-office setup.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Service
• Write complex DAX queries for advanced data modeling and calculations
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Build robust data models that support business intelligence requirements
• Implement ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow and integration
• Work with Azure cloud services for data storage and analytics solutions
• For Lead roles: Take ownership of projects and manage stakeholder communication effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Power BI development and data analytics
• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating measures and calculated columns
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation
• Experience in data modeling and designing star/snowflake schemas
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based analytics
• For Lead positions: Proven ability in project ownership and stakeholder management
• Work Mode: Work from office only
• Location Preference: Candidates from Pune or Nagpur preferred
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days joiner
