Nagarro is looking for skilled Tech Support professionals to join its team in Pune. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in ETL concepts, Python, and SQL, who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment.

💼 Position Details

  • Role: Tech Support
  • Experience Required: 1–3 Years
  • Location: Pune
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 30 days
  • Shifts: 24×7 (Odd shifts can be supported remotely)

🧪 Interview Process

The selection process includes:

  1. Coding Test
  2. Technical Discussion
  3. Project Interview

🔧 Must-Have Skills

Candidates must have experience in:

  • ETL Concepts
  • Python (basic to intermediate)
  • SQL

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of Database, Cloud, and ETL concepts
  • Write low to medium complexity SQL queries
  • Basic proficiency in Python (syntax and core programming concepts)
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark
  • Monitor ETL processes, alerts, and data flows
  • Perform manual data and frontend validations
  • Execute routine manual tasks and operational processes on time
  • Troubleshoot incidents and resolve them within defined SLAs
  • Report, track, and document operational incidents
  • Communicate timely updates to clients regarding delays or issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
