The Technical Implementation team, part of Mastercard’s Data & Services group, supports analytics and consulting engagements by managing data acquisition, integration, and transformation for the Test & Learn platform.

🎯 Role Overview

As a Data Engineer, you will work on data management aspects of global client engagements and deliver high-quality, scalable ETL and data solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to a high-performance, trust-based work environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise ETL processes
• Act as a data subject-matter expert within the team
• Deliver accurate, robust, and high-value data solutions across multiple clients
• Manage data acquisition, integration, and transformation pipelines
• Apply best practices including source control, code reviews, data validation, and testing
• Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders and client teams
• Ensure compliance with Mastercard policies, security standards, and regulations

👤 Required Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education

• BE / BTech in any discipline

🔧 Technical Skills

• Strong experience with RDBMS technologies
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with SSIS stack and .NET
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language:
  • Python
  • VB Script
  • Perl

🧠 Professional Skills

• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
