Role & Responsibilities
- Work with customer-facing teams to gather software requirements and translate them into designs.
- Develop complex packet forwarding features across various networking protocols like IPv4, IPv6, and MPLS.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to microkernel and Linux systems.
- Drive innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
- Assist in addressing complex customer inquiries and enhance satisfaction through effective solutions.
- Support and maintain existing software features.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics from a reputed institution.
- A minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in software development.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and architectures.
- Experience in developing software for routers and switches is desirable.
- Familiarity with datapath ASICs such as Broadcom, Mellanox, or Innovium is a plus.
- Ability to work well within a team and possess excellent communication skills.
