🔧 Required Skills & Experience
Candidates must have strong experience in the following areas:
- 5–8 years of hands-on Performance Testing experience
- Strong expertise in LoadRunner and/or JMeter
- Experience with Application Monitoring tools such as:
- Azure Application Insights
- AppDynamics
- Dynatrace
- Good understanding of Cloud Architecture, especially Microsoft Azure
- Experience across the entire performance testing lifecycle:
- Test planning
- Script development
- Execution
- Monitoring
- Analysis & reporting
- Good programming skills in Python
🧠 Role Responsibilities (Typical)
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
- Integrate performance tests with CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor applications using APM tools during test runs
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and cloud teams
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards
- Support cloud-based performance testing initiatives
