Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely generation and submission of invoices for shipments and services.
- Identify and resolve customer disputes early through proactive actions.
- Contact customers via email and calls to confirm receipt of shipments, invoices, upcoming payment dates, and invoices due for payment.
- Initiate and participate in calls with customer/program managers/site finance as needed.
- Facilitate timely accounting of funds credited to Flex’s bank account.
- Handle reporting: generate and update weekly AR reports, prepare AR/GL reconciliations.
- Support Corporate Treasury with accurate cash flow forecasts.
- Complete month-end accounting activities per the corporate calendar.
- Achieve weekly targets on key process indicators for the business.
- Support audit requirements for assigned functions.
- Assist the collections team and business in addressing collections and overdue bills.
- Engage with management and business units to tackle payment delays and required actions.
- Help with transition and integration of customers from different sites.
- Provide collection training support to the team.
- Initiate actions to resolve disputes or resend missing invoices.

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com, B.C.S, M.Com, MBA, BBA, BBM, or any other commerce/accounts stream degree; graduates/postgraduates eligible.
- 0-1 years of experience (freshers welcome).

- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
