Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in:

• SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
• Writing high-performance, scalable, and clean code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product)
