About the Role

Glean is looking for Backend / Infrastructure engineers to build a highly performant, scalable, secure and permissions-aware system that makes relevant enterprise knowledge readily available to employees in every context of their work. You will work across the modern cloud-native application stack — from scalable distributed systems and storage, to unified application frameworks and data models, to end-to-end security and comprehensive monitoring and deployment across multiple cloud environments — while balancing performance with system cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Own impactful infrastructure problems from inception and architecture through to production launch.
• Write well thought-out design documents and robust, high-quality, well-tested code.
• Work collaboratively with a strong team to identify the most impactful projects on the roadmap.
