🎯 Role Summary
The NOC Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical IT infrastructure and applications.
You will support 24×7×365 operations, monitor systems in real time, respond to incidents, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues quickly.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Monitoring & Operations
- Perform “Eyes on Glass” monitoring using tools like:
- Dynatrace
- Grafana
- Azure Monitor
- SolarWinds
- Datadog
- Nagios
- Detect anomalies, create baselines, and raise actionable alerts
🔹 Incident Management
- Act as Incident Coordinator during major incidents
- Initiate and join bridge calls
- Escalate tickets and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Post Incident Reviews (PIR)
🔹 Incident Triage & Escalation
- Triage auto-generated tickets as per SOP
- Ensure rapid acknowledgment and resolution
- Coordinate with L1/L2 resolver teams
🔹 Knowledge & Automation
- Create and maintain knowledge base & SOPs
- Identify recurring issues and suggest automation / shift-left initiatives
- Reduce manual intervention through process improvement
🔹 Reporting & Collaboration
- Track KPIs such as MTTD / MTTR
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with DevOps, Operations, Product teams, and vendors
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
✅ Experience
- 0–6 months experience in:
- IT Operations
- NOC / SOC
- Incident Management
- Application Support
- Experience in a 24×7 environment preferred
✅ Technical Skills
- Monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Datadog, Nagios, SolarWinds
- ITSM tools: ServiceNow, JIRA
- Alert configuration & dashboarding
- Basic scripting exposure (Python / PowerShell / Bash – preferred)
✅ Process & Collaboration
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts (ITIL Foundation preferred)
- Experience following SOPs and incident documentation
- Good communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Reporting and metrics generation experience

- Non-Engineering Graduates only
- BSc (IT)
