🧠 Preferred Candidate Profile
🔹 Core Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Microservices architecture
- RESTful APIs
- Maven, Git
- SQL
🔹 Camunda Expertise (Mandatory)
- In-depth hands-on experience with Camunda BPM
- Workflow orchestration and process automation using Camunda
🔹 Conceptual Knowledge
- Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies
- Experience working with SOA / Microservices-based systems
🔹 Database Experience
- Hands-on experience with Relational Databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
🎯 Key Responsibilities (Typical for This Role)
- Design and develop BPM workflows using Camunda
- Build and maintain scalable Java Microservices
- Develop and integrate REST APIs
- Work closely with business and technical teams on BPM solutions
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and performance-optimized code
