- Salesforce Developer/Lead/Architect: 4 to 15 years of experience required
- Pega Lead/Architect: 6 to 15 years of experience required
- MuleSoft Lead/Architect: 6 to 15 years of experience required
- Dell Boomi Lead/Architect: 6 to 15 years of experience required
- Appian Lead/Architect: 6 to 15 years of experience required
- Tibco Lead/Architect: 6 to 15 years of experience required
- Mendix Lead/Architect: 6 to 15 years of experience required
- Java Lead/Architect: 7 to 18 years of experience required
- .NET Lead/Architect: 7 to 18 years of experience required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant experience ranging from 4 to 18 years depending on the role and technology stack
- Strong technical expertise in respective domains (Salesforce, Pega, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Appian, Tibco, Mendix, Java, or .NET)
- Proven experience in leading teams and architecting enterprise-level solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on complex client projects and deliver high-quality solutions
- Should not have applied to HCL in the last 6 months
