This onsite, full-time position is ideal for freshers and those with up to 2 years of experience in investment banking operations. If you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, business, or related fields, along with basic finance knowledge, this opportunity offers hands-on exposure to trade lifecycles, derivatives, and capital markets in a dynamic environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate risks, promptly reporting outstanding issues to clients.
- Perform trade support activities across the trade lifecycle, including trade confirmation matching, pre-settlements support, front-to-back office reconciliations, report generation, and cash flow settlements from trading events like interest or premiums.
- Handle operations for syndicated loans and corporate action setup.
- Manage capital market tasks such as reference data support, regulatory reporting (Swaps Data Repository, KYC), and various front-to-back office reconciliations.
- Learn and master financial products including equity securities, derivatives, interest rate swaps, FX spot, options, futures, credit derivatives, commodities derivatives, and fixed income products like corporate and treasury bonds.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) or Master’s degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in investment banking operations, handling projects, people, processes, and clients.
- Basic knowledge of finance, trade lifecycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
- Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive insights from data.
