Endava currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our Bengaluru team. This role is vital as it serves as the first point of contact for our clients and internal employees, ensuring smooth operations and expert assistance throughout the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for IT-related issues, inquiries, and service requests via various channels including phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Log, classify, and prioritize incidents and requests using ITSM tools while following established procedures, especially with Freshservice (freshworks).
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems or escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Provide clear, professional guidance to customers on recommended courses of action and expected timelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to deliver high-quality service and ensure user satisfaction.
- Monitor and track open tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
- Be prepared to work in shifts as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Service Desk roles.
- Advanced English language skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for efficient IT issue resolution.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and common troubleshooting techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant IT support certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+) are a plus.
