Job Title: Associate Technical Consultant
Experience: 0–3 Years
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven developers with 0–3 years of experience and foundational knowledge in Java and front-end scripting (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to join our team. You will be working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM EDS (Experience Data Services) projects, supporting the development of digital forms, workflows, and customer experiences for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and configuration of solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM EDS
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, client libraries, and workflows
- Build adaptive and responsive forms using AEM Forms and AEM EDS frameworks
- Collaborate with UX designers, back-end engineers, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions
- Support data integration via APIs and third-party systems using Java-based backend logic
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments
- Learn and apply Adobe’s best practices for performance, accessibility, and security
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, and OOP concepts
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic understanding of front-end development
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns
- Eagerness to learn Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Forms, Assets) and AEM EDS
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a collaborative, Agile setup
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Exposure to any CMS platform (AEM, WordPress, Sitecore, etc.)
- Understanding of AEM-specific technologies like:
- Sightly/HTL
- OSGi framework
- CRX/CRXDE
- Familiarity with tools like Maven, Git, JIRA, Jenkins
- Basic understanding of JSON schema, XML, or form data processing
- Exposure to Angular/React JS frameworks
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0–3 years of hands-on development experience (internships and project work count)
