Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a DevOps engineer at Gainwell, you’ll play a crucial role in product configuration and integration. Core duties include:
- Recommends product configurations to assist with overall **system design and integration**.
- Configures, implements, and provides product support activities to meet client needs.
- Identifies potential uses for products or technologies and resolves issues for business needs.
- Assists sales and consulting teams in designing and integrating products into customer environments.
- Helps select technology vendors and consults with product development staff, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Provides insights to customers on product and technology applicability.
- Assists in acceptance testing and product launches.
Required Qualifications & Skills
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
- Zero or more years of experience in technical product configuration, design, and/or integration.
- Experience with technical products, vendors, and technology families.
- Experience working with product configurations.[2]
