**Job Responsibilities**: What You’ll Do as an Automation Tester

- Develop and execute **automated test scripts** using tools like Python, Pytest, Cypress, Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
- Build and maintain **test automation frameworks** (e.g., BDD, Page Object Model – POM), including data-driven testing and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and teams for requirement analysis, defect root cause analysis, and code reviews.
- Perform manual testing, API testing (REST), regression testing, and report defects with clear communication.
- Mentor juniors, stay updated on trends, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
