🎯 Role Summary
As an SME – RTR, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Record to Report activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely month-end close processes. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in RTR operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end RTR processes
Month-end and year-end close activities
Journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Balance sheet & P&L analysis
Intercompany accounting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Support audits and stakeholder reporting
Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
4–9 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR)
Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounting & Financial Reporting
Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
