🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end quality assurance for online digital products
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies
- Automate and maintain regression test suites
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams throughout SDLC
- Support UAT and production releases
- Lead defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and quality improvements
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum / SAFe / Kanban)
🧠 Additional Desired Experience
- Performance and accessibility testing exposure
- Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, SoapUI
- Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, CSS3
- SEO principles and web analytics understanding
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
🎓 Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
