- Role: Operations / Panel Management Intern
- Location: Pune – Xoriant Office, Balewadi
- Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiner or within 15 days
🎯 Role Overview
As an Operations / Panel Management Intern, you will support operational activities, manage panel/participant data, assist with reporting, and coordinate interview processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies
🔹 Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Familiarity with CRM tools and survey platforms is a plus
- Ability to analyze participant/panel data and generate actionable insights
🔹 Functional & Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience or interest in panel management and interview coordination
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

🎓 Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
Candidates must meet the following academic requirements:
- 70% or above in:
- 10th Class
- 12th Class
- Graduation
- Post Graduation (if applicable)
