Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (WebDriver) and automation frameworks

Experience with test design, test data, test reporting and CI/CD integration (Jenkins/GitLab)
Familiarity with API testing, SQL, and test automation best practices
Experience mentoring juniors and working in Agile teams (for senior / lead roles)

Design, develop and maintain reliable Selenium automation suites
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent execution
Troubleshoot flaky tests and improve test reliability and speed
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to define test strategy
