π About the Role
As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for defining and delivering robust test strategies, managing test teams, and driving automation initiatives across multiple projects.
This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
𧩠Key Responsibilities
As a Test Lead, you will:
- Lead and manage the entire testing lifecycle across projects
- Define test strategies, test plans, and schedules aligned with delivery timelines
- Own functional, regression, integration, and automation testing
- Use UIPath Test Automation Suite for automation initiatives
- Ensure effective defect tracking, reporting, and closure
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers & Stakeholders
- Drive automation adoption and continuously enhance regression suites
- Track and report test progress, quality metrics, and risks
- Mentor team members and implement testing best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends, QA tools, and automation frameworks
- Act as the primary escalation point for all testing-related matters
π Required Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
β 10+ years of total and relevant testing experience
β Strong experience in test planning, execution, and team leadership
β Hands-on expertise with UIPath Test Automation Suite
β Deep understanding of software testing methodologies
β Proficiency with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
β Experience in Telecom domain is highly preferred
β Exposure to Salesforce or ServiceNow environments
β Proven delivery experience in Agile/Scrum projects
β Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
